Thought I'd already saluted you again, Lau, for keeping us posted on "Situation Normal" (we know the rest) but "Possition Accordingly" gave me a chucle, and of course, as usual, you're right. Jay
this analysis, when combined with previous posting about the consequences of owning the world's reserve (fiat) currency paint the clear portrait of empire in decline and the desperate, yet futile goal, of propping up the USD. The world market has better money and non-US central banks have progressively stockpiled real reserve assets (gold, silver, and BTC in El Salvador) for the eventual currency collapse. Remember no one can predict the when; it's always a slow march to the cliff's edge and then all of a sudden. This is the macro environment in which us peasants must exist in.
I'm reading Lau's mind and intentions here --> given the macro financial landscape unfolding before us, how do we as individuals protect wealth as Rome burns to the ground?
I consider your prose and general analysis amongst the best I have encountered.
I am not interested in equity recommendations as I am satisfied with my production and approach for the past 40+ years.
Which leads me to ask if you have considered a limited approach subscription to your output.
Thank you for reading this.

Financial repression at its finest.
